Your unforgettable journey begins with a brief sojourn at Hoover Dam - Lake Mead, and continues through the rugged Joshua Tree forest. Then it's on to the West Rim, native home of the Hualapai tribe, where the Grand Canyon's natural beauty remains nearly untouched by man. No crowds, no guardrails and stunning views as far as the eye can see.
THE SKYWALK AT GRAND CANYON WEST: Walk beyond the Grand Canyon's edge! The Glass Bridge suspends more than 4,000 feet above the Colorado River and stretches out 70 feet from the edge!
See a unique view of the Colorado River as it flows almost 4000 feet below the terraced cliffs of the West Rim of the Grand Canyon - part of the dramatic scenery you will enjoy as we visit the land of the Hualapai Indian Tribe.
Take a leisure walk along the Grand Canyon West Rim and see how Mother Nature carved an image of the Great Thunderbird into the cliff of the Canyon before you enjoy your BBQ lunch on the reservation at Guano Point. You will enjoy a brief photo stop at Hoover Dam before we drive through the Joshua Tree Forest on our way to the Hualapai Indian Reservation.
As of March 2007 the Grand Canyon has OFFICIALLY opened The SKYWALK!!! The Skywalk will be the first-ever cantilever shaped glass walkway to suspend more than 4,000 feet above the canyon’s floor and extend 70 feet from the canyon’s rim. You will have plenty of time on our tour to walk on the Skywalk if you choose to do so (this is optional and up to each of you).
Fixed wing charter aircraft flight with Skywalk Bridge and guided bus tour.
Walk on air and experience freedom like never before as you step onto the glass bridge extended over the Canyon at 4,000 feet above the ground! Begin your incredible journey with an aerial sightseeing tour on Scenic Airlines to Grand Canyon West and the Hualapai Indian lands.
Don't miss the chance to experience the world's most unique and one-of-a-kind glass bridge in one of the most beautiful and serene places in the world, the Grand Canyon. Walk where only eagles fly. Ground transfers and a light meal included. Tour duration is approximately 7 hours hotel to hotel. Children must be at least four years old.

The Glass bridge is suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River on the very edge of the Grand Canyon.
In May of 2005, the final test was conducted and the structure passed engineering requirements by 400 percent, enabling it to withstand the weight of 71 fully loaded Boeing 747 airplanes (more than 71 million pounds).
The Bridge is able to sustain winds in excess of 100 miles per hour from 8 different directions, as well as an 8.0 magnitude earthquake within 50 miles. More than one million pounds of steel will go into the construction of the Grand Canyon Skywalk.
Personal Items are NOT allowed on the Skywalk.
There are no personal items, including Cameras allowed on the Skywalk; you will be asked to store them in lockers. You can take photos of the Skywalk from the side, and a photo can be taken of you on the bridge and available for purchase if you choose. However, personal belongings, including Cameras, are not allowed to protect from dropping items into the Canyon or onto the Glass.
Grand Canyon Skywalk Option is not included in the price of the Tours. Tickets must be purchased seperately on all tours except the West Rim Indian Adventure and Skywalk Tour.
